Greg Pappas, RKC is a co-owner of Fit For Life, Inc. He has been in the
fitness business for over 25 years. Greg was a competitive body builder
for 10 years and a former Mr. Massachusetts Bodybuilding Champ. Greg
received his Russian Kettlebell Certification and training directly from
Pavel Tsatsouline, the forefather of the US Kettlebell Movement. Greg
is also available for workshops and seminars.
Kim
Rader, CPT

Kimberly Rader, CPT has been a key member of the Fit for Life
team since 2005. Her tremendous enthusiasm and positive attitude make
her a favorite for all client types, whether they’re seriously training
or simply looking to get in shape. In addition to designing personal
fitness programs for clients, in 2006, Kim established
Fit For Life’s
enormously popular “Boot Camp” clinics, in which she conducts a
rigorous and dynamic workout for a group environment. An avid
runner, Kim completed the 2006 Chicago Marathon, the 2008 Boston
Marathon and still continues to knock down Half-Marathons as often as
possible. A Certified Personal Trainer by the American Council of
Exercise, Kim is also a graduate of Northeastern University.
Steve
Baccari

Steve is a Russian Kettlebell Challenge instructor since 2002. He also
is a consultant to Jeff
Martone’s Tactical Athlete Training Systems, Inc. He has 15 years
experience in boxing, as a competitor, coach, cornerman, sparring
partner and conditioning coach. He is also a member of
Kimura Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Competition Team. Steve is also a Strength Coach for Bishop Boxing and
Fitness, and the co-author of “Power Behind the Punch Kettlebell
Conditioning for Boxers.”

Bethany has been a Certified Personal Trainer for over 6 years, and is a
member of the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). She has
trained at Healthworks and Equinox in Boston, and is Fit For Life's
newest member. She offers a full core body workout with kettlebells and
enjoys a good workout doing Kung Fu. Bethany and her husband Culhane
reside in Jamaica Plain.

My name is Vanessa Fox and I am proudly the newest member of the Fit For
Life team. I come from an extensive dance background, dappling in all
aspects of the art from Jazz, tap to toe dancing and classical ballet.
In addition to Personal Training I am also a Spin instructor at the
Gold’s Gym. Like my Spin classes I commit to bringing excitement, energy
and enthusiasm to every single workout. Focusing on strength,
flexibility and core stability, I promise to give you a workout of a
lifetime.

Joe Rindone, CPT

Joseph Rindone is a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer from the
American Academy of Personal Training (AAPT).
Joe has experience with a number of clients ranging in fitness levels.
His ultimate goal is to capture the best ‘you’ out and takes pride in
this. He truly knew helping others obtain a healthy lifestyle was his
calling. Joe aims to make you feel better about yourself, training and
educating you in physical exercise and nutrition. Joe’s goals are your
goals, working one on one or in groups, whether you’re trying to lose
weight, gain flexibility, or increase your energy, he is here to help
you. Joe has his CPR and AED certification from the American Heart
Association.
